FAQ
Pressure Washing — questions, answered.
How often should I pressure wash?+
Most homes and storefronts on the Emerald Coast benefit from a wash every 12–18 months — salt air and humidity accelerate mildew growth.
Will pressure damage my surfaces?+
Not when it's done right. We dial PSI down for siding, brick, and painted surfaces and use surface cleaners on hard concrete to prevent etching.
Do I need to be home?+
Not for exterior work. We just need water-spigot access and unlocked gates.
